Drinking a beer. I could get used to this, but the prices here are ridiculous.

There is a reason why people call it Whole Paycheck, Wegmans > Whole Foods for me.

Hmm you mean I won’t have to pregame before shopping? It’s about time!

Organic and stuff like that? I was in one of those places recently. Didn’t buy anything, just wandered around and wondered at the prices being asked.
Obviously there are people who spend €11.50 on half a kilo of nuts but they must be....nuts.
Why the Buddha’s Awakening is twice the price as the granola below for half the weight is anybody’s guess.

Pfttttt I can do that at Food Lion.

That’s expensive? I’m guessing those are prices before tax so I don’t know what it actually costs.
Tesco who are a mid range retailer here do 6*330ml of Guinness for €8 which is something similar price-wise for a similar volume.

That’s above premium price for what I consider to be a non-premium beer. Tack on 8.25% sales tax to that.

We are getting a brand new Whole Foods just 6 blocks from the house. My wife has been super excited, (pre-made salads, etc, etc), me not so much. But my opinion might improve if I can have a beer while shopping.

$5 for a short US pint. Not terrible. They had about 40 beers on tap.

We have a whole foods a few blocks from me on South Beach. We will no longer be low class here on Miami Beach. We are getting a Trader Joes here too.

They don’t call it Whole Paycheck for nothin’!

We took the boys along to pass a boring Saturday afternoon and managed to spend $75 on this and that. $15 was on a bottle of some hoity toity lotion that I hope will help my son’s eczema. And I bought some Scottish stout for myself. I just finished practicing for the 4th of July concert rehearsal tomorrow night. Time to pop open a can.

Wait where is this? At my local Whole Foods I just get the pleasure of dealing with massive crowds.

Austin. They have a bar inside the store that sells beer and wine. Tons of beer on tap. They have racks placed around the store for you to leave your empty glass.

Go to Specs. Friend bought the Molsens for $6.99 there.
Best 4th concert so far was 2002. Held at Zilker and a B1B did a flyover. AWSOME!

I’m in no hurry to buy Molson. I used to like Canadian beer, but I’m not much of a fan any more.
That was before my time playing with ASO. I did the last couple of concerts at Zilker (including the one where we had torrential rains) before they moved them to the north side of the Long Center. There hasn’t been a flyover in years.
